Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

  • 9 ounces Brussels Sprouts shaved
  • 5 oz Diced Pancetta
  • 1 tablespoon, Oil – Olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon Swerve or other no carb sweetener
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat render the pancetta down until brown and crispy.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon olive oil and heat.
  3. Add Brussels Sprouts and sauté for 5 to 8 minutes over medium heat until tender.
  4. Add sweetener, salt and pepper and combine.

Serving Suggestion: Great side dish even for people who don’t like Brussels sprouts.
