Thursday 8/23: Pork Chops with Cream Sauce and Green Beans

Friday 8/24: Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with Keto Buns

Saturday 8/25: Meat lovers Pizza

Sunday 8/26: Alfredo Chicken with spinach

Monday 8/27: Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Tuesday 8/28: Nachos with Pork Rinds

Wednesday 8/29: Breakfast Cream Cheese Pancakes, Bacon and Eggs

Thursday 8/30: Fuzzy’s for dinner (night out)

Friday 8/31: Broiled Cod with Risotto

Saturday 9/1: Pepperoni Pizza

Sunday 9/2: Cheese stuffed Meatballs
