Shrimp Fried “Rice”

  • 2 container (3.5 cups ea.), Birdseye Cauliflower Rice
  • 10 oz medium shelled and deveined shrimp, raw
  • 2 TBSP diced onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP Liquid Aminos
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taster


  1. Microwave the frozen Cauliflower Rice for 7 minutes
  2. In a large wok or skillet with sides heat olive oil.
  3. Add onions and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add in the shrimp and cook until pink
  5. Add in the microwaved cauliflower rice
  6. Stir in the liquid aminos and sesame oil and let cook together for about 3 minutes, stirring.
  7. Taste for seasoning adjustment and serve.
