Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • ½ cup Hellman’s Real
  • 16 oz. Frozen Broccoli
  • ¾ cup Sharp Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • 16 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast Skinless (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 4 TBPS Sour Cream (Full Fat)
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Dill Weed
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Microwave the frozen Broccoli for 6 minutes (according to package)
  3. In a large skillet heat the olive oil then add the cubed chicken breast.
  4. Cook until all the pink is gone. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl put mayo, sour cream, ½ cup of the cheese (save the other ¼ for the top), and the spices. Add in the cooked chicken and the cooked broccoli.
  6. Mix all together and then pour into a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
