Pumpkin Pie Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature

8 TBSP Butter, room temperature

2 TBSP Coconut Oil

1/4 cup pureed pumpkin

1/4 cup Torani Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup

1/2 cup Granulated Swerve

2 TBSP Pecan Pieces

3 TBSP Cacao Nibs

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Cream all of the ingredients together.
  2. Using a cookie scoop portion out onto a pan covered with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes and then store in zip bags in the freezer.
